Lovan USA guarantees that all merchandise will be free from manufacturer defects and covers customers under a one year limited warranty. If you find that your purchase does not, in any way, function as is it should, Lovan USA will replace or repair the defective component and ship it to you as quickly as possible at no cost to you. This warranty applies for one year and only to the repair or replacement of defective parts and does not include assembly labor.

Exceptions to the coverage offered by this warranty include but are not limited to malfunctions due to improper assembly, misuse or abuse of furniture (such as pet damage, etc.) or damages that result from attempts to alter products or furniture in any way or unauthorized repair of merchandise. Excluded items are as such under legal provisions and these provisions may vary from one region or state to another. Services under this warranty are acquired by contacting the appropriate vendor from which the product was ordered and are subject to the terms and conditions described above.
