Ameriwood guarantees that all merchandise will be free from manufacturer defects with a one year limited warranty. If you find that your purchase does not, in any way, function as is it should, Ameriwood will replace or repair the defective component and ship it to you as quickly as possible at no cost to you. This warranty applies for one year and only to the repair or replacement of defective parts and does not include assembly labor. Repaired or replaced components are themselves covered under the life the original warranty. Exceptions to the coverage offered by this warranty include but are not limited to malfunctions due to improper assembly, misuse or abuse of furniture (such as pet damage, etc.), normal wear and tear, or damages that result from attempts to alter products or furniture in any way. Excluded items are as such under legal provisions and these provisions may vary from one region or state to another. Services under this warranty are acquired by contacting the appropriate vendor from which you ordered this product and are subject to the terms and conditions described above. |
