Eagle’s products are guaranteed against material defects for one (1) year from the date of delivery. Defects such as warping, separation of wood joints and splits in the wood may result in inappropriate storage or exposure to extreme conditions. Eagle reserves the right to investigate before settling any claim. Parts on discontinued products and finishes will be replaced up to (6) six months from the date in which the unit was discontinued, based upon materials availability. Eagle Industries, LLC or Eagle Transportation, LLC will not be responsible for any furniture shortage claim after delivery has been made. The number of pieces signed for on the shipping document is confirmation that all merchandise was received in complete form. In addition, any missing parts claims which would include hardware, shelves, etc. must be made by the customer within (90) ninety days of the date of delivery.
