With multiple U.S. manufacturing and distribution facilities and over 2,000 employees, the company is well known for its quality, value priced home furnishings, produced by highly skilled employees and distributed by furniture retailers throughout the world. Asheboro, NC is home for several of Klaussner’s manufacturing and distribution facilities as well as the company’s corporate headquarters and a 100,000 square foot showroom. Other manufacturing service centers are located in La Mirada, California and Milford, Iowa. Another affiliated company is Prestige Fabricators, Inc., a foam manufacturing company located in Asheboro. All Klaussner products are covered under a limited warranty from 1 year to the lifetime of the product, depending on the product in question. All warrantees, regardless of term, exclude normal wear and tear (standards of which may vary by product), misuse or abuse of products, damages resulting from unauthorized repair or alteration or damages not specifically the fault of the manufacturer. In addition, damages claimed under the terms of the Klaussner warranty must have occurred during the course of normal usage as defined by the manufacturer. Specific products are covered as follows: Limited lifetime warranties apply to furniture fames, springs, mechanisms (reclining, etc.) and double blend seat cushions. Klaussner guarantees these product components for the lifetime of the product. Standard exclusions apply. Electrical components of reclining mechanisms, standard seat cushions and fabric and leather upholstery are guaranteed one year from date of purchase. Standard exclusions apply. Sleeper mechanisms, Sealy Posture Royale Mattress, Innerspring mattresses, Dreamquest mattresses and air mattresses are all guaranteed 2 years from the date of purchase. Standard exclusions apply. Posture Plush and Innerspring Seat Cushions are guaranteed three years from the date of purchase. Standard exclusions apply. Sealy Posturpedic Mattresses are guaranteed five years from the date of purchase. Standard exclusions apply. All products not specified thus far are covered under Klaussner’s general one year warranty, good up to one year from the date of purchase. Standard exclusions apply to all products covered by this warranty including wood and fabric finishes. |
