Eagle Industries, LLC or Eagle Transportation, LLC will not be responsible for any furniture shortage claim after delivery has been made. The number of pieces signed for on the shipping document is confirmation that all merchandise was received in complete form. In addition, any missing parts claims which would include hardware, shelves, etc. must be made by the customer within (90) ninety days of the date of delivery.
